JC-CZ12 Flush diaphragm pressure sensor with fitting Overview:
JC-CZ12 series are based on piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a 316L stainless steel housing. The sensing package Utilizes silicon oil to transfer pressure from the 316L diaphragm to the sensing element. The sensor was welded in front end of a fitting(M20*1.5 or G1/2 made by Stainless Steel 304).

The electrical connection is based on the connection marked on the product parameter card.
1. Dashed left arrow resistance bridge circuit for the sensitive chip bridge.
2 without ceramic compensation board, an external resistor to compensate for zero and temperature drift, the connection as shown. Access to zero resistance R3 (R4), another resistor R4 (R3) shorted as negative power supply; R1 or R2,only one for the zero temperature drift compensation resistor, the another one opens, Choose according to the information provided by the parameter card; R5 is for the sensitivity of temperature compensation resistor, it is recommended that the external compensation resistor be as close as possible to the pressure sensitive element.

Remark:

2. Measured at vacuum for absolute (A), ambient for gage (G).
3. Maximum temperature range for product with standard cable is -20°C to +105°C.
4. Over the compensated temperature range with respect to 25°C.

Note:
1. Can provide vacuum test sensor of vent gauge, need consulted with factory
2. Can provide constant voltage sensor as required(Specification refer to JC-CZ11 series)
3. Compared with the output of 25 °C in the compensation temperature range
4. Can be used for down-range, and the amplitude is controlled within ±50%FS.
5. The maximum pressure of the system should be less than the overload protection limit of the sensor, otherwise it will affect the service life of the
product and damage the product.
6. The commonly used compensation method for products is 1.5mA constant current compensation.
7. Do not force to pull the pins or the leads of sensitive components.
8. Protect the isolation diaphragm at the front end of the pressure sensitive component to prevent the impact of the pressure sensitive component
from damaging the sensitive component.
