JC660 Explosion-proof Mine Pressure Sensor Overview:
JC660 explosion-proof mine pressure sensor is specially designed for high-explosion dangerous site. It can provide stable and accurate measurement at an absolute pressure, gauge pressure and differential pressure of liquid or gas medium from -100KPa to 200MPa. It welds the existing multi -crystalline silicon film sensing element of HELM with the enclosure using welding technology and can be customized rapidly according to the regulations to meet the individualized needs of different users. With built-in amplification circuit and diversified structural forms, it can be equipped with M 20 x 1.5 or G1 / 2 internal thread explosion-proof flexible tube connector. Featured by good performance, small size and flexible design, JC660 explosion-proof mine pressure sensor has the advantages of a very high ratio of performance to cost and long service life compared with traditional explosion-proof transducers. It is widely used in oilfield, mining well, chemical, electric power, boiler, natural gas and other fields.

Tips for Type Selection
* The measured medium shall be compatible with the material contacting with the product.
* The code E, an additional function code for selection, namely, intrinsically safe explosion-proof Ex iaIICT6 must be power supplied via safety barrier.
* The code D, an additional functional code for selection, namely, flameproof Ex dIICT6 is preferably provided with explosion-proof flexible hose for the electrical power cable connected at the rear side.
* The options W1 and W2 are general structural encapsulation and only used for HM60 -E intrinsically safe explosion-proof pressure transducer.
* It is unnecessary to install safety barrier on HM60 - ED intrinsically safe flameproof pressure transducer during system use.
* Please contact us for other special requirements and clearly indicate them in the order.
