Ceramic Pressure Sensor:
Ceramic pressure sensor , excellent long-term stability can be directly integrated into the circuit, the system directly combines the amplifier circuit, compact structure, easy to package, editable integrated circuit (digital zero for sensor, linear, temperature drift) make up), Suitable for high-volume, low-cost applications, low power: rated current <3ma, anti-impact and vibration.

Diffused Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor:
diffused silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor based on MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) technology is a high stability, high precision OEM pressure measuring core. External pressure is transmitted to sensitive through 316L stainless steel diaphragm and internal filling silicone oil. On the component, it can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with 316L stainless steel. Each sensor is subjected to strict zero and full temperature compensation before leaving the factory to ensure measurement accuracy in complex environments.


Ceramic Capacitive Pressure Sensor:
Ceramic is a recognized material that is highly elastic, resistant to corrosion, abrasion, shock and vibration. The thermal stability of ceramics allows it to operate over a temperature range of -40 to 125 ° C with high precision and high stability. Its biggest features are: the range can be as small as 500Pa, and the overload resistance can reach up to 200 times of the range, which completely solves the shortcomings of other types of sensors without small range and poor overload capability and poor medium compatibility in small range. In addition to the range of the sensor, its most distinctive feature is its positive and negative gauge function, such as: ± 2.5kPa, ± 10kPa,etc.

Sapphire Pressure Sensor:
Sapphire consists of single-crystal insulator elements without hysteresis, fatigue and creep; sapphire has very good elasticity and insulation properties (within 1000°C) and is insensitive to temperature changes, even at high temperatures. Underneath, it also has good working characteristics; sapphire has strong radiation resistance; and silicon-sapphire semiconductor sensitive components, without p-n drift, can be used in various complex environments.
The sensor consists of a double diaphragm: a titanium alloy pressure sensitive film and a titanium alloy measuring diaphragm. A heteroepitaxial silicon strain sensitive circuit film on sapphire is welded to the titanium alloy measuring diaphragm. The measured pressure is transmitted to the measuring diaphragm. Under the action of pressure, the titanium alloy measuring diaphragm generates micro-deformation, which changes the output of the bridge, and the magnitude of the change is proportional to the measured pressure. The bridge circuit replaces the imbalance signal of the bridge into a voltage signal output.
