Product Description

JC680 High-temperature Pressure Transmitter Overview:
For general piezoresistive pressure sensor, the four force-sensing resistors of it's sensitive Wheatstone bridge for control and measuring are manufactured using IC technology. The resistors are isolated from one another with PN junction. The highest operating temperature is only 125ºC, due to temperature resistant limitation of the PN junction.
However, the performance of sensor has greatly been deteriorated after the temperature is above 100ºC, because reverse current leakage of the PN junction rises with the exponent of the temperature, which limits the temperature range availiable for the conventional piezoresistive sensor.
