JC-CZ21 Diffusion Silicon Flat Diaphragm Oil Filled Sensor Overview:
JC-CZ21 series is a sanitary flat diaphragm product (front- end without solder ring) developed based on JC-CZ21. It is a high-stability, high-pricision OEM pressure measuring silicon piezoresistive sensor for MEMS technology. This series if packaged by pressure chips from internationally renowned manufactures. External pressure is transmitted to the sensitive components through 316L stainless steel diaphragm and internal filled silicon oil, which can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with 316 stainless steel.
