High Stable Diffusion Silicon Sensor JC-CM02 Overview:
JC-CM02 high stable pressure resistance OEM sensitive element is a high stability silicon piezoresistive pressure measuring element with isolation and precision compensation. The high stability of silicon element diffused silicon piezoresistive sensitive element with patented technology, the diameter 19mm is with 316L stainless steel structure package. The temperature compensation of the wide temperature range and the zero point deviation are corrected by the thick film circuit after the precision modification. The measured pressure is transferred to the silicon piezoresistive sensitive element through the isolation diaphragm and the internal medium, and the accurate conversion of the pressure to the electrical signal is realized.
JC-CM02 high stable diffusion silicon sensor has been strictly tested and screened in our company's automated production line. The products can be widely applied to all kinds of high demand pressure measurement.

1. The assembly of pressure sensitive elements is recommended to use a "suspension" structure to avoid tightening the seal on its end face to prevent the stability of the pressure sensitive element.

2. Pay attention to protecting the isolation diaphragm at the front end of the pressure sensitive element and the ceramic thick film compensation circuit board at the back end, so as not to cause impact damage on the performance of the pressure sensitive element or cause damage to the pressure sensitive element.

3. The temperature range of fluorocarbon sealing ring marked by sensitive components is -20 to 250 degrees. Please contact our company when the working temperature range of sensitive components is below -20 C, or sensitive elements are applied in harsh media,
